Air sangat penting.....

Minum air secukup rasa sangat penting...

Hayati artikel kat bawah ni...

Two (02) glass of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organs
One (01) glasses of water - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion
One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure
One (01) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack

peknen ni kuat minum air sebab asek dahaga je..tak pe ke??

sebenarnya xde min or max...kalo dahaga tu tandanya kurang air,minum la...Allah dah bagi simptom2 kurang air,folo je.hehe

sebagai tambahan...rugila kalo kita minum setakat dapat hilangkan dahaga je..meh kita kongsi ckit...ada extra bonus bila minum selain hilang dahaga

1. Minum silalah keadaan duduk-sunnah (dahaga hilang, pahala dapat)

2. Pegang gelas dengan cara yg betul, jari kelingking kat dasar gelas, nampak kuku ibujari n xnampak kuku lg 3jari-sunnah (dahaga hilang, pahala dapat)

3. Lihat dalam air sebelum minum- sunnah. kalo nampak byg2 kita,air ok xde racun/sihir-petua (dahaga hilang, pahala dapat)

4. Minum 1nafas 1teguk-baca bismillah masa minum Allhamdulillah bila da telan (ulang 3kali) baru minum cam biasa-sunnah.(dahaga hilang, pahala dapat)

5. Jangan bernafas kedalam gelas-sunnah (dahaga hilang, pahala dapat)

sebenarnya ada lagi sunnah-takat ni dulu..selamat berminum
